THE TOSH SCHOOL OF MUSIC
Drs. Richard and Emma Lee Tosh were honored by the Southern Gospel Music Association of Texas with the "Calvin Wills Southern Gospel Music Award". The Officers and Directors of the Association nominated and voted on this honor. We were presented with the plaque in Paris, Texas at the 36th Annual Convention Banquet September 27, 2008. The award was presented by Bob Wills, Sr., brother to Calvin Wills. The 2008 School was held as usual except it was abbreviated to one week. We had a great time a lot of support from lovers of Gospel Music. We look forward to a full school in 2009. It went by so fast!

CECIL POLLOCK, former pianist for the Rangers Quartet, the Imperial Quartet, the Gospel Lights Quartet Cecil will speak for us Tuesday night , June 19, and the quartet will sing.
BILLY GRABLE, former pianist for the Stamps Quartet and head of the Travis Gospel Series. Billy and Ahvie will be with us Thursday night, June 21 and will speak and play.
THE LEE GANN QUARTET, Friday Night, June 22, to speak and sing.
Besides his present quartet, Lee has sung with the Foggy River Boys, and The Ron Blackwood Quartet.
REX LAKE, ministry outreach producer, Lake Sound Studios, Keller, Texas , Rex will present for us THE SCIENCE OF SOUND SEMINAR on Tuesday June 26th. If you ever wondered how to run a sound
system effectively you need to attend this seminar.
MARTHA HAM, pianist and producer, and publisher for The Texas Legendary Music Company. We use Martha's song book in our school to teach the shape notes. She will be with us June 28th.
JERRY TRAMMELL, Jerry will be with us for the Closing Night Concert June 29th. Jerry was tenor for the now retired Florida Boys Quartet and The Blackwood Brothers Quartet. You will thrill to the sound and to the message of his testimony.
